Our ritzy has crunched 26 k kms within 4 months.The car is performing absolutely well.
Some positives
Stellar performance.The engine is fresh even at 26k kms.Thanks to fiat for such a marvelous engine.
Manuvorability is great. My dad always say that the car is as easy to drive as an alto.
JK Tires are still in great shape even without periodic inspection.
Now some negatives
Rattles are a bit common.
Rear seat comfort.Never comes into the league of the Ford Figo
The car tends to bob a bit at speeds more than 70 kmph. Is is the tallboy design a culprit here?
Grip from the tires are simply inadequate to the rains here.

Overall ,we are happy and a nice for maruti.

26k in 4 months- thats some serious driving!!!
I am not sure what you meant by "The car tends to bob at speed >70kmph" but I believe the tyres balancing is the issue here. If tyres are not balanced, you will feel strong vibrations on the steering wheel as if the tyres are jumping a little bit.
I own a Ritz Vxi and have done speeds till 135kmph in almost effortless manner. The highway road-manners of the car are extremely strong the only negative bing that crosswinds can shake this car.

I meant 20k kms to 25 k kms in4 months. The bobing is because of crosswinds in highway.
There are no issues with powersteering now.
By the by,have you got alloys?

Yep,we balances and aligns the tire at regular intervals but don't check the air pressure weekly.The rattles are not as much as that in a swift.Should try dampening the doors.Nope,we don't own a figo but it was my experience in a figo journey.The tires simply don't have enough grip for the monsoons here.

Well the shaking of the car due to cross-winds is one negative aspect and it has been duly mentioned in GTO's report as well.

I am currently running my Ritz on the factory fitted tyres a.k.a JK Tornadoes. As much as I wish to change these tyres, but the bank account balances advise me the other way.
Hopefully, would get the alloys in a while!!!

No ,I have checked with my relative's Figo.Figo has overall better legroom and rear seat of Ritz is a bit flat while Figo's is more contoured.
An update:28000 kms crunched.The engine now has a small amount of gruffness.2000 kms more for next scheduled service.
The pioneer HU now cannot be switched ON.Fourth time this is happening till now.

Hurrah !Finally alloys selected .Actually it would be on the car today but the shop was closed because of elections.Also some more pics.The current odo reading is 28.5 k kms.The brand is Scorpion alloys with a nice matte black + silver combo.Sorry for the poor pics of alloys.Will leave the tyres as stock for now,since it has a lot of tread left on it.Will upgrade to yokos at 50 k kms.

Nice alloys there Hari but try to get a better pic since we cant make out the exact finish. Are you sticking with the stock tires? I would suggest you to go for bigger tires as it would make you car stand out. How about changing the front grill like I have.

Thanks naveen.I have found this ritz in facebook.But the thing is :this is my dad's car .Debadging will be done and also sometimes and only sometime k&n air filter may be added.The tyre is still in great condition so not now .Will change to yokos sometime later.
