As I have previously mentioned, it is better to look for smaller but brand new models rather than looking for older and larger models, like the Q8 or X5. If you can stretch the budget, X5 has good offers as high as 15-18 Lac.

I don't see a meaningful change from Q7 to Q8 (21 model- its already 4 year old).

Have you considered the New Audi Q5?
Keeping aside the specifications on paper, it could be a reasonable buy. You generally don’t keep cars for long, but have kept the Q7 for 8 Years which shows that you are comfortable with Audi brand. With discounts, it should be in your budget. The interiors and exteriors have evolved a lot in these past years. Maybe consider taking a test drive?
