335i will suit your budget i guess
a 4 door is an added advantage.

If you don't need the extra 2 doors, then go with the 335i. A buddy of mine owns the m45 and the car is loaded with features and has a realy awesome ride.

Its a choice between power and luxury, 2 doors and 4 doors.
