A Jaguar? Nothing ever caught my eye on the road like the new jags. They are available at a good price since depriciation rate is high making it a used car buyer delight. It also scored high on reliability rankings. Again, No other car design has gone so far as the latest Jags.

A brand new Lincoln MKS? Awesome looks, THX certified Sound and Ford reliabiliy brought to luxury levels. Need to be seen and experienced.

I would atleast test drive both before looking away.

Porsche Boxter can be had for that price. Looks elegant but drives sporty.
I used to like the old gen infiniti's a lot. WHile the new ones are awesome too, I dont like their designs personally.

I would stay away from the Audi's, beemers and Lexus's which throng city's like Honda's and Toyota's. Nothing exclusive about them.

Dudes, she drove & fell in love with the Infinity G37. Incidentally, it wasn't even on the shortlist until you guys brought it up. Thanks a ton! G37 it is.

Wise choice, the G37 is a blend of performance, reliability and luxury. Is she getting the coupe? Do let us in on the deal she gets as haggling works well at American dealerships.

Will do. Killer deals available on the G37 from dealers, in pre-owned and she's also talking with Costco (if a deal is possible).

Congrats GTO. Infinity G37 is a killer car, it looks gorgeous. It has got style, power, performs very best, interior is good, plastic quality is top notch and ride is comfy. I've seen it and even read its review in Uk Top gear mag. It's even priced very well, but the only problem is its not as perstigious as owning its rival Bmw.

But who cares? If its got the same performance level, and low cost then its a better choice.
Your sister would be very content and happy GTO. Nothing wrong about that car.

So which year model are you looking at?

Ideally brand new, but there are some mouth watering discounts on sparingly used cars (<1 year old).

Costco now sells cars too!?!

Pre-owned is the way to go in America, provided it is sparingly used with warranty. The price-offs are just too tempting on luxury cars !

GTO is there a CPO warranty being offered? Any info about what the dealer is offering in terms of coverage, process etc will be appreciated.

I was the first one to spell Infiniti as Infinity and looks like the spelling even made it to the title.
Mods: Can we please fix it?

Right now the US luxury car dealers would be very willing to negotiate and hence even a brand new one would not be a bad proposition.
This is especially true in case of brands like Infiniti as they don't yet possess the fan following of BMW and MB.
