Pre-owned Audi TT - Where in Delhi?

One of my friend is intrested in getting Audi TT. But dont want to spend on a new car.

Is there any place in Delhi or Near by place where he can look for one?

He saw some Audi TT's on sale on some other US based website. He is also thinking in getting one imported as it might be a bit cheap.

Any ideas?

Get hold of one of the Autocar Magazine.
There are many company's advertisments which sell exotics (used)
One of them must be having the TT as well.

Finding a latest-gen used TT is going to be a tough one. And importing a used one from abroad is also a no-no given the regualtions and duties. Its best he contacts the Delhi Audi dealer for a new one or for any used ones for sale.

Oye what kinda friends you have? seriously speaking!

anyway importing a TT (used or new) will increase the cost very much and its not an option to import from USA as LHD vehicles are BANNED in india!

remember one thing> used premium cars are hard to find and they will command a higher premium price too! you will only find first generation TT as used one and the 2nd generation might be harder to find!

so either pay the higher premium price for a used TT or buy a new one!

why your friend wants TT, its not exciting as Z4?

how about waiting for BMW Z4, its being launched next month!

Which TT is he looking for? The new one or the old looks one?

The old one I believe came in 2 engine options 1.8(Skoda RS one) & 3.2V6. The 1.8T retailed around 42-46L I believe & has potential for getting Beefed up(Chip Upgrade etc).

I agree with Ishaan, ask your friend to get in touch with the Audi Dealership.

@Parm, LoL Buddy! I have a HUGE circle of friends who are having good fortunes. He was actually intrested in getting an R8 imported. But somehow he liked the Audi TT. Also, Patiala, Ludhiana Amritsar, where he will be driving this car, do not have such roads to stretch the Accelerator cable! So thinking for TT. Used one, because he do not have any plan to keep it for a long. May be he will be selling it after an year. So he is a bit suspicious about the resale of the TT or R8.

He was talking about that 1.8.

He is going to Delhi tomorrow, so may be he will be also visiting Audi Dealership there.

Audi TT or R8? what a comparison!
A cost difference of about 60 lacs! Infact he liked TT more than R8!

Anyways, 3.2 TT on road costs 68L. So, 43L is pretty good, considering its been a couple of years since its new revamped launch it won't be an old model. Autocar mags has used cars section in it, so you'll be able to find it.

And ask your friend not to think about resale value of exotics, as of now. Just buy the car.

Well no comparison here. Just two cars. Every one is not like the members here. Who are more intrested in "under the hood", 0-60, 0-100 etc. Some just buy a car for the sake of having one.

ANyways, he is going to Delhi tomorrow, will update you then.

there is a petrol pump on the inner ring road in Delhi, right next to motibagh gurudwara in south delhi. Dont remember the name.. people from delhi would know it thought.. its most popular here in delhi. They deal in high end second hand luxury cars, I have seen almost every car with them for sale.. still have a bentley, range rovers, mecs, bmws, audis and nissan with them. theres nissan 350z for sale as well. May be they can be of help.
