If one can get the pluses of a Drivers car with Humungous space and luxury, why not consider this option.
Did a dealer give you a test drive? If yes then which one?

How about getting a new Volvo S60. It looks the part, has a smart interior, 304 bhp of power and 44.8 kgm of torque from the 3.0 litre 6-cylinder petrol mill and is superb VFM. It may not handle like a Bimmer does but the S60 T6 sure has loads of character and it could well become the new performance king under the 30 Lakh bracket. Wish it had paddle-shifts too.

@ //M Has the Volvo s60 been officially launched in India? If yes could you please direct me to a link with pricing details? carwale just shows the s80 and xc90 prices as of now. Would love to know more about that car as 300bhp+ within the sub 30 lakh bracket just sounds too good to be true in India..
Does the s60 also come with a diesel mill?

The s60 should cost something like 37L (ex showroom), with a 5cyl turbo charged engine. It's a 2.4 si engine and not a 3L...
