FE will improve by about 10 %. I had figures of 11 before putting it and now I get 13 - 13.5. I know it is less but thats the way I drive.
But the catch is if you have the Hi-Flow filter, the sound sometimes makes you rev a lot, then you might not see an increase. But be rest assured it is never going to go down!
In Highways I comfortably get figure ranging from 16 - 20 depending on the drive style.
