Post painting and giving the desired colour combination - the loud parts blended very well we thought into the rest of the car's shape - and even if you dont like it on first reception , we did find that it grew on us.
I liked the way how a shy car with soft lines has turned into a macho machine, the color adding to it. But, why in the world are you teasing the whole of Team-BHP with very few snaps? We just can't be content.

show us her back, the fins and the tail-lamps. Would appreciate a head-on snap from the front too.

Though, a different thought arose in my puny brain. Since the Baleno is capable of doing good numbers on the speedo, I doubt whether such modifications (especially on the bonnet, the air dams and the rear boot lid) adversely affect the high speed stability of the car? Please enlighten me.

Re: The Baleno Makeover

Wonderful outcome for the Baleno! Congratulations!

Just a thought - the front and rear look smashing but the side profile (read : door panels) remain dull. Could you do something about that or didn't want to?

@Ramesh
Superb! The car is looking wonderful! The nose is futuristic. Now the car needs better wheels and low-profile tires. Please post some more pictures of the car.

Re: The Baleno Makeover

Looking great!

The Mustang inspiration has come out very nicely.

Now what the car needs is some good Alloys. Black ones with a red lip would do.

Waiting to see the pics of the tail light in action.

Also it stood out well from the others on the road when seen in retrospect.

Wow its looking fab and unique in every bit. The front especially the blackened out grill and bumper complements the ferrari red very well.

How about a better snap of the rear, would like to see how the tail lamps have come out.

Excellent work, specially the front end. Its really proportional and goes really well with the rest of the car not the usual mods which looks like bolt on. Dare i say this one of the best mods i have on Tbhp.

Re: The Baleno Makeover

Gentlemen - your responses bring me great joy. Yes ICEMAN is running loose on Bangalore's roads now and yes the pictures seen so far are only 3/4 done. The finer details - wheels, lights, interiors are yet to be presented.

ICEMAN seems to be bringing me good luck. and it has made me busy over the weekend in a different sort of way - Am starting a new phase in my life - getting engaged today so will have to proceed with the updates from tomorrow.

Kind Regards
Ramessh

I agree, BMW alloys would look great.

Congratulations man! The car turned out very well. The curves and the bents and tastefully done, and the choice of color added more points! A simple example of hardwork will pay off! All the best with your new ride.
