Natural Ash by Garware is the best I liked. It is just the right colour to have. Blocks the Sun and keeps the visibility even during the night.

vicky5669: Thanks for the inputs, Sir. I'll sure keep it in mind. Also, Rs 1300 sounds very cost-effective.

Overhaull quoted Rs 2250 for 3M and another Rs 6000 for the front windshield.

Hey guys,
Does anyone know where I can get good quality photochromatic tints in Delhi (preferably South Delhi)?

aparth, AFAIK there is no such thing as photo-chromatic tints. Basically it's the property of the sunfilm to give reflect in sunlight. I have such a sunfilm which gives mirror like reflection even though it's a simple non-alloy based film (I mean the silver reflection ones).

I like a solid black shade but within RTO limits I have to always settle for grey or charcoal shade.

.
My preference is Llumar, installed by them itself.

The colour of preference: Jet Black all around (My Accent used to have this)

Although I've got the following setup in my SX4:

Sides: 5% Visibility (Jet Black)
Rear Windshield: 75% Visibility (transparent type)
Front Windshield: 75% Visibility (transparent type)

Jet Black is my favourite color. Keeps peeping toms away. Keeps the interiors cool too.

Clear

I seem to be in the wrong thread as I do not like film on the glass. It cuts down visibility in the night and condensation during rains seems to be more (or at least the visibilty comes down drastically when it rains).

I think if I would pick transparent film (which cuts out only the heat) as my choice for all the glass areas.

Cheers,

The Prices of the windshield film would be anywhere between Rs.: 1000 - 2000/- depending on the film you go in for and your bargaining skills
