Know Your Bulbs

Just wondering what kind of bulbs you have in your headlights

skoda octavia h4
scorpio h4
indica h4,


are my set

so i presume we can use all the same , why not??

i think universal headlight size is H4 apart from a few exceptions and Fog lights size is H3. We can compare Brands though

Different lights use different specification bulbs, All manufacturers use bulbs amongst these ones: H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H11, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007, D2S, D2R on all indian and imported cars.

can anyone give heat of the fogs bulbs for the accent. i guess the headlight ones are H4. i would like to replace the yellow stock with white or blue ones. what ones go into the fogs ?

I think H3 Bulbs in Fog lights (OEMS) for accent... not sure though. If its a OEM peice then it shud be written on the outter case of the fog lamp

Go in for Philips 130/100.... alternatively GE 140/100 or Hella 120/100 Super White's

IN addition to the relay, wires etc, get yourself a CERAMIC holder - will handle the heat without any worries... And dont worry about the dome - the Hyundai ones can take it without clouding etc. You can see the snaps in the Kerala Meet Thread.

Dont know why i feel Lancer headlight is much better and brighter than Palio even thou Palio has clear lense... and the difference is huge...

i already have rally bulbs in the headlights 100/90 with the relay. i want the philips bluevision 100/90 with the blue or white fogs and strobes.
