TAIPEI <taiwan>:: Anyone know performance/accessory Shops ??

Hey all !

Wondering if theres any of you who have visited Taipei, and are aware of friendly performance/accessory stores in the city area (around World Trade Centre would help). I know AutoGuage is manufactured there so are a lot of other aftermarktet stuffs (LEDs, neons etc..)

Most of the stuff is manufactured in taiwan but hardly any retail outlets there, everything is for mass production and export. It'll be really diffucult unless you catch hold of someone who is locally there.

Thats what I thought, all my google searches have brought up trade directories and wholesale adverts. Thanks man.

there s was a performance store and garage next to my hotel i dont know the name bcoz the name was written in their regional language but i can provide u with the address ....... sector 4 nan-king e road taipei

i had also seen a performance store near the 101 mall .........there are many stores on the freeway also inside the gas stationss...

Actually, this search for retail stores in taipei has been going on for a few days now. I just thought Id ask here since a lot of members are well informed and "in the know" about these things. I do part time work with a pvt ltd company that imports equipment from Taiwan. Maybe in the future I will have oppurtunity to visit. Some of our company reps are visiting Taipei next week for a Trade expo fair so I thought they can bring me down some stuff. But things seem to be just a little more expensive here so will compare before i take the plunge. Wish they could ship down some alloy rims with our machines
