That's one really good-looking Vento. The Red and Black colour combination looks awesome! The wheels just go well with the colour. Hope he will stop with this much and not spoil it by adding anything more.

I think it's an arrangement for the hood release lever/latch.

You're right. At first I didn't notice it much! Apart from that I liked the design very well.

That cut is there to allow the bonnet release lever to move up and down.
