That's a classy rebulid, love the final outcome. Please do share more pics of your ride. Owning a Gypsy has been a childhood dream of mine.

Great looking Polo!
Any way you could ask the owner what wheels those are and where he sourced them from?

I don't think so. Discount those wheels, and its a well kept one.
Don't discount those wheels, and it definitely looks disproportionate. Somehow the rounded corners in Europeans carry low profiles much better.
Qualifier: IMO

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Those wheels on the Accord are Vossen wheels and are they original one's? and the width of tyres is spoiling the look as its outside the body.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

One thing is I noticed is that lot of the modded cars have lowered suspensions. I understand this involves replacing the stock suspension components with Bilstein or other components which are very expensive. I am aware that the primary purpose of this mod is to improve handling and the good looks are just a side effect. But there are many who just want to do it for the looks. So is there a cheaper way to lower the suspension? Of course this should not make the handling worse than stock and safety should not be compromised. Experts please advise.

Replace stock springs with lowering springs while retaining the stock shock absorbers. Shouldn't cost beyond 20-25k for a set of 4. This may alter the handling however.
