An Autorickshaw in Chennai - a rare one that turns head, a change from the rickety, gonna-fall-apart-any-moment, dirty ones you see usually.

Am sure someone must have seen / posted about it, but then this rare species can do with one more post

The driver's name is Dawood, he has redone this 7+ years' old Auto painstakingly for 18 months with a 2 Lakh budget, complete with flooring, Music System with LCD display, Seats, Lighting, Sticker work (The Joker from Dark Knight!), etc.!!

This is Dawood with his precious. Note the fancy number, the seats and the wheels. Side note - the doggies sleeping cozily on a bike


The back seat and the speaker setup. There is also a Pioneer oval speaker behind those headrests with tweeters in the "B" pillar. The setup is not bad, and does not hit your head with the bass or go shrill with the highs...


Side profile. The entire vehicle is spotless - Dawood cleans it whenever he takes a break, several times a day, right up to the wheel!
