Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Does this Tucson qualify for tastefully modded car?. Everything is autoflex which is the professional version of plastidip.

Found this Contessa at the Kathriguppe signal in Bengaluru on Sunday afternoon. Looks fab in flesh. I could click only one pic before the signal turned green.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Made two important changes, since I last posted on this thread.

- 20mm rear spacers with studs. I was running on 5mm spacers, with didn't make much difference and they didn't have studs which made it quite dangerous. Now, the car has a much better stance.

- The most important update. Wolf Moto remap! The car is mental now. Even with 225 section rubber and weight of the rims, the car does exceptionally well. It's said to have about 145-150 HP and 380 NM with the new map. I'm yet to dyno it.

Here's my take on the map : http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/modifi...o-remap-3.html

A Thar modded to look like an FJ 40. Decent effort.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

In my humble opinion, I don't think this is too close to the FJ40. Quite far from it actually. Here's what an FJ40 would look like.

I had shortlisted these same rims for my new ride. Good to see how these look on the car

Can you confirm from your firend whether the ones on his Rapid are 16 inchers or 17 inchers?

Hello, he is running the 16 inchers. 17 inches are too stiff.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Found this mean looking Endeavour on the STI page recently. The pilot lamps on the grille look sick!

This Polo also caught my eye. The body wrap looks great:

The beast looks good. A winch and snorkel will make it a complete offroader.

It has a KL registration as does the i20 parked behind it. Trust me, I'm equally amazed.
