Looks like the corolla has adjustable air suspension. Its allows the driver to reduce or increase the height of the vehicle with a controller inside the cabin. This picture was taken when it was parked. Its cool to park the car at its lowest setting which visible from the rear wheel articulation. He/She would eventually increase the height while driving around.

Oh God!

The whole "stance" nonsense is the worst thing, in my opinion, to have happened to the car modification culture. Not only do cars look stupid, but it's totally impractical too!

It has Accu Air Adjustable suspension which can be calibrated/adjusted for different stance heights. As tazmaan said, to drive you have to raise the suspension. I've seen a few cars with these.

IMO there's no practicality to it. It just looks dope when its parked

The "stance" thing actually took something useful and practical and pushed it to an extreme where it became impractical. Track-only cars will often run a -3 degree camber on their wheels to improve cornering characteristics.

PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India-flr0zf7hm33vs1y.medium.jpg

It is indeed impractical to run an extreme camber on your daily car on the road since the camber will destroy the inner tread much quicker than the rest of the tire and the owner will have to replace tires fairly often. This is not a big concern for dedicated track cars since those tires are anyhow not meant for long highway miles.

Not sure if this belongs here, but apart from the dust it seemed to be in decent condition.

This is dope but those blackened tail lights and that protruding exhaust is killing the all black look. I can live with those alloys.

Yes, Indeed with the kind of mods planned this will be way way faster.

Videos?
This is a different car buddy.
The car you are talking about must be different, are you referring to the K04 build in the above post?
