I may go for smoked tail lamps. But I am concerned about one thing 'Will the tail lights be visible while applying brakes in day time, failure of which may result in vehicles ramping into my car's back'. I don't need 'such an invited modification'.

Did you get a remap also ? How are you taking care of the AFR after installing the BOV ?

Hi the car isn't mapped as I find the power adequate. The AFR values were normal post BOV and no CEL has come up.
