The Duster has more items which are "jutting out". There are definitely some good bits, but the cladding, wheel arches, rear & front nudge bars does NOT feel integrated with the car IMO.

The leather seats & smoked tail lights score good though.

What about the exterior paint, isn't it the same as woodland brown?

Sorry, but NOT to my taste again. There are far better Civics with simpler mods on this very thread. The stickers are killing the machine - yellow, blue , green! The saving grace is ONLY the black wheels.

Why a tri-color on the roof? And is the hood painted in 2-tone shade? A yellow Range Rover might look interesting in flesh but surely tri-color roof is hard to imagine.

thanks

My thoughts are that he considers the footpath his family property.

A sign of money can buy anything attitude. I would suggest avoid giving publicity in the name of modification for these law breakers at the least on this forum which supports safe driving and following laws.

When I see these rides from Mods own Country, one thing comes to my mind - "Do these actually run on roads and serve a purpose (daily work drive). Or are these only for parking and clicking beautiful pictures ?"

The reason I ask this is because almost every mod that I have seen has lowered Bilstein suspension as a standard fitment. Looks good, but is that a standard, to make a car look good ?
Its like, either Kerala has exceptional roads (saving underbody scraping) or may be these rides are only models and do not serve any real world purpose.

They look unusable to me, Imagine if you ever had to drive one of these for a long road trip. I find my 2008 Swift Diesel shod with 185/70/R14 soft Michelins and stock suspension hard, these guys must be fixing rattles and backbones every 2000 km.

False!
I've been using a lowered setup here in Bangalore for a couple of months now (daily driver). Absolutely no issues with rattles or speed breakers. Not a single underbody scrape till date. I've taken the vehicle over a couple of monster speed-breakers too without any issue.

Dear All, posting a nicely done Maruti Gypsy thru motormind. The body color is looking really nice to me and the entire job seems to be flawless. Comments are welcomed.

Hi, Any more pictures and information about the price for these modifications? Also, what modifications were carried out under the body?

Let me try and answer this, although I don't have a mod'd car, but I am from 'Mods own Country' and love to do the same stuff on my car.

My 'guess' is most of these are not primary daily drive cars, but second or third cars . Lowering the suspension is one of the first mods to make a car look different as well as move and handle better.
For me, if I had a second car, I would for sure do stuff to make it look different in a nice way, also the mods that I do, would be more functional along with the looks and that is what I see in these cars as well. It would be purely a weekend car and the work you do on the car is like a hobby or interest.
For me, the work done on these cars to make them look different and perform in another level needs some effort and interest and of course some dough.
For now , I am happy to see pictures and drool over them until I get a chance to do the same on my car.

Happy Week.

That rear windshield reminds me of an auto-rikshaw; wish they had put a bigger one!
