Kudos to the minds at Motormind (pun intended ). Also, the owner has great taste!

It is shown as Porsche Cayenne/Saloon indeed, hope it is a honest mistake.
And the 5year road tax amount on re-registration is just Rs 10,600.
That's dirt cheap.

Pretty sure the car is a grey market import! Tons of imported cars pre 2008 were registered this way all over India!

Another reason why we should blank out the registration details before posting online, privacy, you know.

Anyway, seems like there is some loophole in the MVA to re-register car this way. I did run some other number plates online and found that they also paid the exact 10,600 rupees.

Doesn't the owners run the risk of getting the vehicle confiscated.

Love the choice of car and especially the wheels.

I am contemplating getting this done on my F30. Are these powder coated, or painted.

Do you know if you can wrap the wheels - 3M 1080?

Cheers,
Bharat

Thanks buddy. They were spray painted. I was told that they can be wrapped but the finish may not be as durable. I'd recommend plasti dipping your wheels if you're looking for something temporary though! Did this on my previous F10 and was pretty impressed with the finish and of course DIY means something to boast about!

Jutting out wheels look classic on this machine. IMO If the A B pillar was blacked out, it would look even better!

Had seen this car at Petes day before yesterday. Loved the clean look and especially those wheels. Photos dont reveal it, wheels look much better in flesh. Only disappointment is the (which I just saw in the pics only) cop car lights. Otherwise, classy mod!

The cop lights has ruined it though

Looks great, GLI bumper sure does change the front end quite a lot, Car would look even more killing with black tints

Cops light should be dropped though.

That bumper definitely does it for this car but don't you think too much blackening might ruin the clean, pure look it's got going for it now? This looks perfect according to me
