Digging up an old thread. This is pertaining to my City 2017 Model (pre facelift).

I had a minor accident where the left fog lamp broke. The service station quoted Rs.7500/- for that. Damn !

Since the price was steep in the authorized service station I hunted this item in the local market. What I found out is that the new Maruti Swift fog lamp is a direct fit, costs literally 1/3 of the oem Honda Fog lamp.

Its a direct fit, plug and play fog light. The bulb wattage is a little less but for me its only an accessory hence marginal difference is bearable as against the exorbitant cost.
