It is a wrap if you are doubting whether its paint by any chance.
Talk about distinguishing, the car when seen up close shows joints of the vinyl and such a finish in paint is rarely found.

Yes a bike can surely be wrapped, my friends Pulsar is wrapped in CF wrap.

Folks, I've got a little bored with my silver s80, and thinking of spicing it a up with a full vinyl body wrap, but confused with options, because I was thinking of taking a used SUV as a cab for my company, and put a matte black on it (mostly Endeavor or Outlander).
I've a red Cedia, and red GT 650R, and pure white gives me a taxi-ish feel, so those are ruled out, and here's what it leaves.

Satin black
Matte black
Satin pearl matte
Matte orange
Matte blue
Matte dark blue

Hi buddy, colour is very specific choice, and the likings and disliking depends from individual to individual.
Assuming that the choices that you have mentioned in your post are the ones which will form the basis of your final decision, I would suggest you to go for a combination of Satin Black with Matte blue.
I would suggest something similar to what mints21 has, otherwise you could go in for a sortoff polestar blue :D
Could you post an image of the matte dark blue?
On the 3m website I could only find the matte blue which was pretty light and a brushes steel blue which darker but the texture of steel finish didn't look good
Saw this Honda Accord on way to office today morning.
There was also a Matt Yellow A4 which i couldn't click.

Does one need to endorse the wrap colour in the RC as it's a complete change of colour for the car like a paint job?
