Esteem rear disk brakes?

i wanted to ask whether the esteem rear brake drums can be replaced with disks easily(ie without any modifications) and if any modifications involved what would be the cost of the total conversion?
would it be worth it?
would it compromise anything like the handling or even the performance?
i need a nicely explained answer because im thinking about this conversion since a long time

No not possible and for that one needs to change rear suspension design and servo.
