Adjusting the Car Height

Hi,

My car scrapes a few speed breakers and also oversized stones that are on the road.

Car: Honda City Type I
Try profile: 170 – 70 – R13
Shocks status – Good.

Someone suggested some called as ‘height pads’ and also ‘spacers’. Can you shed some light on this?

My car has an automatic transmission and I am afraid that someday that the tranny might get damaged due to the low ground clearance of the car.
