new honda city with spinners

was coming from bandra in the evenining when i saw a silver color new city zx zooming past me. i also stepped on it and went closer to it to find out tht it had spinners.

for the first time i have seen a new honda city with spinners. the size looked 16" but due to the body style they were lookin really massive on the car.

anyone seen this car or has the picture of this car.

Spinners are really heavy and not really worth it. They have balancing problems. Alot of stress on the car and on the engine for such heavy wheels. Fuel efficiency will also drop alot! Would not recommend!

you are not recommending them, gud, but are you using them or just throwing an opinion ?!
show me some reviews supporting your claims.
i'll be glad to have the enlightenment!

I saw Neo Wheels Spinners at the expo. They werent obviously good looking ;-b.

But i held them up in my hand.. and i didnt find them unduly heavy.. they were pretty light for a 14" wheel

Last i remember they said 16-18k for 14" spinners

geez...16-18k for spinners.might as well buy another set of rims with that money and keep alternating between the two sets.
do the spinners have a quick release mechanism.how else do you clean the alloys if the spinners are covering them.

@hellspawn- dude normal 14" alloys will cost around 15k+ easily. So spinnners with the extra part are kinda justified for that much.

and about the quick release then it wasnt there.. the dude at the stall did say that they could be removed though with tools. Quick release not given.. cos it'd be liable to get stolen in that case.

OT.
saw a red skoda with huge spinners in East Patel Nagar today. Looked really bad.. and worse was that two of them weren't even spinning freely... so much for spinners!!!

Heres what i think

I saw spinners on a scorpio in pune.
but all were not spinning at the same rate.
I think in india the dust & dirt is getting accumulated & stoping the spinners to spin freely. So whats the point in spendin so mush money & they not doing the thing they are ment to do.

frankly its my opinion, dont know adout others. No offence.
