The best free flow exhaust installers in Delhi?

Hi all,

I have a 1.5 OHC and want to go in for a free-flow exhaust with headers ..

Please give me contacts of people in Delhi that do a good job. Also, I would appreciate a break up of the cost?

If someone could give me first hand info that would be icing on the cake.

Looking forward to your help guys ..

Hey, I wud suggest you contact some one down south , have him make a free flow system according to ur requirement , ship it to Delhi and then all you need to do is get it installed !!! Personally, there is no one in Delhi who can make customised free flow set-ups ... and they still will charge an arm and leg for it . Why do you think my zen and swift is still with out a free flow ???

Get it done from the south ....

Cheers

well guys .. I've finally got my free-flow with headers from automech. paid 12k to the dealer and 500 bucks to the fitter.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6470206194401980184

BEFORE the free flow my car wouldn't budge over 170kph .. The vid above shows me touching 180kph on the DND but AFTER free flow installation. I could have done probably 5 kph more but then the road ran out (the video is not upto the mark coz kinda difficult to shoot and drive at same time)

i'm really happy with my automech exhaust but don't wanna talk too much about that lest somene calls me a dealer .. .. i saw that happen on some other thread

@ iraghava : thanks for "opening" her up
@ aza : yo baybee .. will work on that

That was a dangerous move you pulled off - shooting and driving at the same time. You could have asked someone for help (yours truly would have been glad).

Anyway, the before and after comparision of the speed was with the same tyre/wheel combination?? If not, then a change in the wheel's overall diameter might have skewed the results.

Yeah, same wheels .. Infact find below the link to video of my car touching 170 without the free flow just a fortnight earlier. You can see the pain it is going through just to get to 170

Again, please excuse the quality .. too much traffic on the DND and i was using the left hand, both for handling the phone as well as for changing those damn gears

p.s. fyi i am running on 195/50/15 silverstone at 30psi

Guys,

I checked with Speedworks here in Chennai today for the FF kit. And heard one his work on a Getz. It sounded nice and sweet. The entire kit is custom made at his friend's workshop and I guess that includes the muffler too. My friend loved the FF kit the minute heard the Getz and he is planning to snap it onto his Alto this Tue or Wed.

Cost: Rs.8000-10k
Website: http://speedworksindia.com/index.html [his website does not talk about FF]

PS:Guys any idea how much a Magnaflow muffler would cost?

At 8-10k and at a friends workshop .. I don't think that would include the headers then, cause thats where technical expertise and hence performance comes into the picture .. sound is just the bye-product .. .. albeit an important one.
