My friend had a mufler in his corsa , while servicing he was advised not to have it as it will reduce the vehicles pickup. Is it true???

Hi all,

I have a 1.5 OHC and want to go in for a free-flow exhaust with headers ..

Please give me contacts of people in Delhi that do a good job. Also, I would appreciate a break up of the cost?

If someone could give me first hand info that would be icing on the cake.

Looking forward to your help guys ..

@vikram_d: I'd like to second what team_dragstar says... Just installed my free-flow on my Lancer from ViperPerformance & am really happy.
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/vbpicg...?do=view&g=281)

Gave him a damn tough brief - want no sound / vibration in the cabin upto 3000RPM, & post that, want only a little bit of sound on the outside, with no resonance in the cabin whatsoever.

He's also said that I should use the car after installation & figure out exactly the kind of tuning that I wanted for 7-10 days, & that he'd rectify any issues I had, if existent.

So far, it's been about 6 days & am really happy, (Note that I'm a pain in the butt type of customer!)

As regards the other exhaust 'specialist' often mentioned on this forum, I've heard enough negative remarks about their material quality & fabrication. However, am not taking names as I don't want to slander anyone without firsthand experience.

My advice - stick with Viper. PM me or him for details.

Hi Vikram,
I got a FFE system installed on my Lancer last week. Custom made here in Chennai.

Check out the video of the car in action.

I have PM'ed psycho. But no reply as yet. Will wait and see. I already have all the raw materials i need to make a Free flow in SS. All i need is the expertise. What are people's opinion about Fazil of FRK Racing in Bangalore. I heard from a few people that he is also very good.

My free flow for Ikon 1.3 from Viper Performance

Got my Custom made free flow exhaust installed on my Ikon 1.3 Flair a few days back. You cant believe the change in the experience of my josh Machine.

The power delivery has become instant and like a SBK the pikup doest wait a second, the more i accelerate the instant the acceleration.

And oh my god the SOUND!!!!! I opted for the Medium sound for my exhaust and to my pleasure its Very exact the way i wanted it to be.

here's a sound sample:

I spoke to Abdul Khallick also for my Swift and here is what happened. He first told me that it is readily available and then on the day the delivery was supposed to come thru he told me that there was some problem and would take anothr 10 days. That reminds I still have to go get my advance refunded from him.

Cheers..
