No they are copies of 17" Alloys available on Merc E-classes.

What do you guys think of the body kit on this white lancer? Its fabricated out of metal and is designed for bad roads as the kit is not lowered as the standard ones.

the kits looks OK. Nothing special about it. Also wont the metal make it heavy

Rio made kits are far better. Check the thread it has few pictures.

Actually IMO Autopsyche makes the best looking kits for the Lancer. Other than that you can also get a replica Evo 4/5/6 kit for your lancer. I assume an Evo 4 kit would be cheapest as fewer parts need to be changed.
