In Australia where I reside, you can get personalized number plates and change them how many ever times you like on the car whilst you own the car

You can change them to whatever number plates you like as long as you pay $200 per year for the number plates and the number plates that you want are not taken by someone else.

my intro thread i made has more pics and info on the car,

razor: i liked that lancer but now i'm going for only performance rather than looks as much, the lancer was slow but immaculate inside, my 200sx on the otherhand is mostly go and less show

im keeping it in the JDM drift style
