the above rio lancer was silver and was a participant in speedrun 2005....it has repainted yellow by rio some months backk...it has 16'' chrome rims

I would rate this the lancer with the best body kit.. it looks very much like the evo 5. The stripes are similar to the evo 6.5 ...
The hood is well done as compared to others which look like slots, really looks like an evo ..even the front bumper. could have left the spoiler white in color
If someone is a fan of earlier Evo's i.e before evo 7, then this is the best he can get ...
for people who dont know what the earlier evo's looked like will say lights are big, decals are bad ... etc etc ..but if you look at this as a replica of the early Evo's you will know what I am talking about

This Lancer was modded by Gautam (Carmodernize) on insistence of Metro Motors. It was sold at a lil higher price,since it also had some stage 1 mods.

Nice pics guys, I kind of like the Yellow Lancer's mods, Simply becos the changes are suttle and it enhances the beauty of the car.
The red and white, i am not sure..if it is the camera. The car looks over done. It is kind of jarring.

Alright, so everybody knows when it comes to modifications the customer is king....
Rishabh is the king here, finally he got what he wanted.
Mechanically the car is completely stock. Mods include a custom paintjob in rishabh's choice of glossy finish "lipstick" purple and pearlascent black with fullsize chrome "dragon" decals.
Usual accessories like projector lights, altezza tail lamps, GT spoiler, xenons, tacho, sports steering, M3 side mirrors, muffler, flush boot, vertical door system, webasto sunroof, etc.
One thing i got to do of my choice was choose the BBS Style Hyper Black Chrome Rims and Yokohama Tires...
We did plan to put a bodykit before and put it on to show him a sample but he decided against it as he found better alternatives with someone else.

Autopsyche, I wonder why our man is creating such a fuss over it being a rip off ??? Nice and simple work ..... I'm sure it will get heads to turn and that shud be enough for the dude unless the someone else has promised him better alternatives even as far as engine mods go !!! I'm sure u remember the lancer with a 9 on the bonnet ... red/white car which was meant to be a mover of a car ... hehe
Hope the lil kid is smarter about things since joining up here .....
