The only thing I liked about that Lancer is the painjob. With a painjob like that one should get a better bodykit, larger rims and a better spoiler. with all this in place the Lancer is sure to be a stunner

I am not sure if this is the right thread as i was unable to find the correct one....

I am planning to purchase a 1999 model Glxi petrol......
Now I wanted to know what is the fuel efficiency on the petrol lancer....??
Is there a way that the efficiency can be tweaked????
Is it a good idea to convert the lancer to lpg/cng??
What should be the price for a 99 Lancer in bangalore......
How much should I pay.???
By the way the lancer I am about to buy does not have a music system.....??? no engine mods or any change to headers....Any help and assistance would be great.......

Prices are comparitively more here but i think anywhr around 2 lakhs will be a good price.

how much would it cost for the entire mivec setup in a stock lancer? and do i need anything like chassis strengthening etc??

just curious. there's no way my dad would allow me to do that to his car... but if ever he decides one day that he's had enough of driving in b'lore roads.

No chassis strengthening, but you'll need new brakes, suspension, wheels, tyres. Not cheap, the swap.

The blue lancer really loooks good....Somehow the new chrome grillled mivec does not impress me that much...(not about the ride but looks) but the older model in the lines of EVO IV is the hottest of the Mitsubishi's I liked and ever will.
As in my earlier post in the previous page I was deciding on a lancer
then went on to try a cielo for 60k

(I know you are ready to scream in my ear "Are U NUTS"

) .... I know this sounds something more than crazy. But finally had to settle down for an ikon 1.8D 2000model. Will update my garage with pics as soon as the garage becomes available for uploading pics.
