Dash is borrowed from Matiz, but going by the steering wheel and gear lever position I doubt it may be our beloved Padmini (just a wild guess)

@Boss

Looking at the pics, it seems that the car is MATIZ.

Look at the AC vents and also the dash. Padmini did not have a similar dash and also a Matiz dash cannot be retrofitted into the PAL considering differences in the car width.

MAY BE.

On the other hand Matiz do not have such a long bonnet. It's not an impossible task to fit Matiz dash in another car.

Also, did anyone notice the wheels and the weird handbrake like thingy kept backwards?

What about the TRAIN-like cyclops headlight?! Jeez!!

On a lighter note, the mods who set the limit of 2 smileys per post certainly did not see this coming! This deserves a post with a LOT of !

If the car isn't pricey to begin with, we can pass a few off as trial and error modifications, with the owners just slapping everything they can get their hands on, just to see what works and what doesn't. Modification enthusiasts with spare time and cash on their hands, who purchase a low end or pre-owned car and try stuff out.

However, some of the cars on this thread are really high-end. I wonder why someone would purchase a really expensive car, and then degrade it with cheap aftermarket mods and accessories. The manufacturer warranty is definitely void and they'll have to come up with quite a story if they're planning to sell it later on.

It was somewhat "semi normal looking before", but the second lightbar has been removed. And this sounds like a haryana roadways bus. Trust me.

This guy has probably lost it with the pricing. A new thar probably costs around 7 lacs OTR. And the DC modification costs another 9-10 lacs. So is he actually expecting 2-3 lacs more than what he paid 2 YEARS back??
