Yes its real. As per the FB page of Kit UP it has got "Frozen Brown exteriors". Here is a pic of interiors of the concerned car.

Those are the spare tires. If one goes flat, no need to stop and change, just carry on and the spare wheel will take the load.
I remember seeing one like this years back, not sure if this is the same one.
