re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

I am not sure if this is weird and wacky or tastefully modified.

Got to know about this project from a friend of mine. Liked the effort put in by the owner to collect the mods required by himself and create a customized ride. The chassis is supposed to be of an accent (not sure as I did not get to speak to the person in-charge). The front and rear assembly can be understood from the pictures.

The pictures were clicked during the final clean up/polishing job.

Outrageously Weird Colour and stickering . The owner has some serious eye problems. A matte black would have possibly brought down the whacky level.

And when he opted for City's 3rd gen headlamps, why did he choose the 2nd gen tail lamps. Goes beyond my understanding.

Also, please tell him to paint the rat meshes in the front bumper to black instead of the gaudy silver !!

EDIT: Just to boost up the morale, the alloys are the possible saving grace.

good one. It was actually the colour and the unnecessary front scoop that made me post it here. Look at the mud flaps. Orange!

Absolutely, a change in the colour combination would have done some good. Also, the alloys were 13" with high profile tyres. Did not even like that. But yes, the alloys and the side scoops were the only good part.

The owner of this accord changes the color every few months. His shop is 10 houses away from mine, on the Byrasandra-tilak nagar road behind NIMHANS. He sits behind a desk which looks the front portion of the Aventador.

lol, thanks for making it appear differently. Atleast the second image could have a changed address now.

IMO the front scoop cannot be appreciated with any kind of colour.

Why on earth a scooter's spare wheel. By any chance did you spot a scooter riding close to this i20?

If you notice closely, the seat covers are polka dotted or can more accurately described as "Dalmatian themed" - adding to the wackiness of it all.

Probably carrying one to be a knight to save damsels in distress in a punched scooty , with a shining spare wheel

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

I have seen this couple of few times in PCMC area. Will try to take pics at night. Looks equally tackier at night with neons and LEDs.
