sorry for the poor quality.
Our human vision system has an auto white balance system.

On a bright day, when we ride inside such a car with red tints, Life appears tinted red.

Then quickly our brain tunes out the red and restores white balance.

On exiting the car, for a short while everything appears cyan and our white balance is still skewed. Trust me it would be a weird experience.

Of course after a short while our brain will restore white balance again.

In spring 1973, when the movie "Bobby" debuting Dimple Kapadia and Rishi Kapoor was released, the marketplace was filled with rose/wine-tinted sunglasses for the first time.

Kids my age (I was 16 then) bought them and wore them aping Rishi Kapoor.

After taking off the sunglasses, for a short while everything appeared green until white balance was restored.

IMHO, car tints should not be so strongly saturated as to skew your color-vision.

Yea, I've seen that Lancer around too. Parked outside a house somewhere in GK2. It's quite, umm...less said the better.
