That looks like a mobile runway for flights which need to do an emergency landing. From the pic the guy has just saved a 747 in landing onto the streets and prevent major destruction.

Guess he has got rocket launchers also on the sides. JUST TOO GOOD!!!!!

Wow!!! Now that really is something! For a minute i thought the split Ac unit and the esteem wheelcap on top were part of the car!!

I wonder What he was smoking when he did this!
