It is Ford KA. A 2 door 4 seater small hatchback.

Yes Tharian you are correct its a Ford KA and i believe this is some where in UK.

i have recently seen a SS-800(yes Suzuki) with the similar setup in an event where they were doing the Off-roading in Snow

Saw this yesterday. Couldnt take a better pic as I was driving and my wife saw the car and took it in a flash. Although I found this weird, the work done was quite decent but had many unwanted contraptions.

@Naveen: This is a Red Bull car [as posted by someone else above]. Repainted. Mesh Grills. Painted the calipers. Ham antenna [Functional?]

Had a loud exhaust. Remus? And a weird net on the hood. Worst thing was the pair of Hella lights on the roof. From behind, they make the car look like it has Mickey Mouse ears :(

Saw it at Galaxy a few nights back.
