LOL! thats a beautiful sedan ruined by the cat eyelids and chrome bits.
I see the owner cannot speed above 60kmph lest he want the Eyelids and the Roof Hood (dunno what is it) to fly off

The lady is wondering what type of make up gives such horrible eyelids? I wont be caught dead even in such a car. Period!!

This is one thread where I wish the images were all photoshopped to provide us with a good laugh. I mean, we all need one, but anyone would ROFL if they see these on the streets ! esp this amby above

Saw this unusual contraption at the back of a jeep. This I spotted on BT Kawade road in Pune yesterday. It had extra large tyres too. From the color, I thought it was an army vehicle, but the number plate was showing private registration.

That's a farm accessory... but lot of people install it on their jeeps for the heck of it ... ruining a classic for sure.

I for one don't think that Jeep with the farm accessory looks too bad. Sorry I don't think it ought to be in the wierd and wacky thread.

Ahh that explains it. But what use could it be in a farm? This is the first time I have seen this. Can it be used for collecting fruits/vegetables etc?
I thought it was a tad dangerous driving this through city traffic. At night it will be difficult to make out the net. There are chances that a bike can get entangled in it.

I've always believed that it was more related to hunting jeeps. (Similar to how they have rifle holders at the front).

The purpose of it is to throw on your kill (deer, boar, etc) and carry it back with you. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, this is one of the uses, similar use can be had for domesticated animal (s) at farm, when sedated to move them from one location to another, including Vet, & even moving carcasses (where the trailers aren't available). They can make a makeshift carrier similar to this with old type charpais, like the ones we see in village houses.

Is game of prey ~ hunting allowed in India?

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

Hi all please choose the following car pics as Weird, Weirder and Weirdest since all are equally deserving of this thread so thought of the tbhp "jury" members to choose. Here it goes:

* Orange stripped Skoda Laura on facebook whose rear looks ugly to me.
* A Swift and DarK Dzire with armour plate on the hood seems to be ready for a fight.
* Yellow poorly maintained Esteem with body kit.

thanks

This Jeep surely doesn't deserve to be here.

Jeeps are purely utilitarian vehicles with priority given for functionality. The net is used for transporting any luggage, be it farm produce, fertilizers of even hunting trophies.

Pls shift this to an appropriate thread.

Hi all, Posting the Ritz from facebook. It's color combo, red headlamp console and front grill all make it look weird to me.

Thanks

The fake air scoop, dual tone color for skirts and the front end treatment deserves a standing ovation . Only some folks have both money and finesse.

BTW nice alloy

We've got modded cars with even weirder colour combos in Kerala, so I don't think this Laura deserves to be here. No offense intended.

Weird choice of colour for the body kit and a definite no on the fake air scoop. Wacky perhaps, but not weird.
