re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

Hello,

I have seen some good jobs of wrapping the bonnet/roof of cars in black.

However, doing a color wrap on a black car just doesn't look good. Here are two prime examples.

(Please excuse me for the bad quality, I was far away and I clicked with my mobile after zooming in.)

Guys,

We can search -'what's new' on car accessories sections on the popular sites just to be aware of what to expect!

For instance, if you hear "turbo" on a non-turbo car, look for this little thingy:
Turbo whistle (make your non-turbo car sound like a turbo one)

Cheers,

Ace.

This is one more wacky/wierd job just for looks (in this case sound)
I foresee it will hamper the performance of the vehicle as it obstructs the free flow of exhausts and add to even more back pressure.

Turbos are meant to make a mule run like a horse, but in this case the accessory will turn the tables for worse!!!

Spotted the Green OHC last week, it looks much better than it appears in the Pic.

Thats just downright disgraceful!! forget the mods, what kind of an ignorant idiot does it take to glorify the murderers of so many people? My fingers have to be restrained from belting out the choicest of words for this fine chap (woman?)! Sorry for going OT, but i believe anyone can paint their car shock pink and add a wedding's worth of lighting to their car, thats their personal choice, but this is simply offensive!!

Like already mentioned, it serves the purpose, I remember Japanese police cars had something like this on the hood of their cars as well. That hood ornament will be the least of your worries when one of these bad boys are on your tail.

Hi mate, We should realize that Nano has a rear engine which takes up it's boot space and it's hood has a fuel tank, So, very little space would be left for some luggage or to place a spare tyre. Hence it looks a mod done with purpose in my opinion. There was a similar post with regards to Nano on Page No. 1116 to which I have replied on the same lines on Page No. 1117 of this thread.

The Nano's spare wheel is kept in the bonnet and there won't be much space liberated by taking it out of there. Besides I'm not sure if Nano owners will be putting their shopping inside their bonnets. I maybe wrong.. Just thinking out loud.
