No more info speedmeister. Looks to be from Russia or nearby countries. Those chaps are WAY better than us in jugaad! Also, it will NOT work when in the wet or mud due to belt slippage.

Forget about wet or mud, it will not work when the vehicle is steered. For sure the belt will slip out.

Have you paid attention to the design? its brilliant engineering the belt will not slip while turning the steering, check the extensions created to prevent them from slipping.

is that a convertible herse? Guess going to heaven in style is a lot more important to people that living with a classic, But the job is flawless, looks like some good builder did it.
