Did you check if it was a mechanic taking it on a test drive after/during repairs ?

In-repair vehicles wont have all parts fitted when testing is in progress. And looking at the condition of the vehicle, that's what the case looks to be.

Saw this interesting modified M800 when driving back from College today in Udupi.

Who's says you cant make a M800 into a Pick-up ?

I really don't know how the cops are gonna react looking at this modification

Going by the looks of the present condition, I don't think it has been moved since months.
