I think Fiat would be used for weddings most likely. They would put some big sofa chair in the back for the 'baraat'. I cant think any other use for it.

He seems to be a spoiled kid, his father is some Govt of India Employee ( Powerful and good position in Union Territory ).

He told me he races in Mumbai - Ahmedabad highway.
He has one friend (I have picture with me) who got his face crashed in a race.
I have the drift video (both from inside and outside the car) and he drifted in normal road just in front of me.
He told me in U&T of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, they have a good number of secret race tracks, (old manufacturing units of big manufacturing companies) they do races there. He showed me around 50K in his pocket (total cash , Rs 500 mostly).

I didn't understand he was bluffing or not.

How do they open the bonnet of this vehicle with so many things resting on it?Also the visibility is hampered as a good portion of the windshield has been covered due to these crazy mods.

I have never ever seen such an abomination ever! This takes the cake as the scariest and wackiest mod on this thread! This creature(can't call it a car) looks straight out of a ramsay brothers science fiction movie, all geared up to eat other cars.
I guess it gives a new meaning to the Scorpio Advertisement tagline "Other cars will hide". In fear I guess
