Looks to me like a fancily dressed Hon-Mitsu wrestler with a super man syled triangle in the front. I guess some wanted the best of everything, Mitsu's rally platform with Civic's front end looks, Brazil's carnival colors and a door that gives an attempt to fly airplane. This should be from a owner who looked lots of Adventures of Lady's tailor program in Travel and Living Channel

Thats a Fiat 1100R, a rare car based on the 1100d. Maybe the owner could not find the original taillamps so took it from spark.
