Its just and after market boom-boom endcan.
The way there are no body claddings/skirts etc, the pipes and fittings are visible, so it might have looked like a bullet's exhaust.

Saw this Indica cab near Kokila ben hospital, It had a spread of that TORAN lights (we put it on during diwali), green in colour wired out with dim lights. When I asked him about it he started touching them and with PRIDE told me that it was fixed two days back , and asked me ACCHA HAI NAAH? I knoded my head in yes but had this after he was gone ahead.
