the white optra doesnt look good at all. the skirting is way too big and the front bumper has grills all over. It's also gonna get ruined over indias humps.
Why o why ..??
People tend to buy white car n go for chrome alloys....
The alloy design is boring. The body kit stinks. Really terrible overall. Really.

National Garage is offering these kits for Optra. Doesn't make any sense without performance mods though since Optra is a bit sluggish.
These mods look good on cars that are basically sporty looking, like the Lancer or the Accord. Optra is too executive looking for these mods. Subdued looks are better for the Optra, which is there in the Black one, but mods have gone overboard with the white one.
wat do u guys think of the front end of the black optra?

well its more of an unwritten rule which says that darker colours on car are better suited for chrome rims and lighter shades on cars need darker colours on the rim for eg.white/silver/golden car with grey/black/machined with black finish look better whereas red/black/blue/maroon cars look better with chrome rims.
well these combinations look better and stand out.chrome on a white car doesnt stand out as much as it would on a black car.its all about contrast.

Whaddya mean boring eh?
IMHO optra has 2 characters. See the old optra (the black car here). Its front end gives sporty look and optra do perform very good. It may not have good low end torque but when u get used to it it smokes almost anything on highway coz of its gr8 gr8 stability.. And its steering is responsive at high speeds. Even at low profiles the car back is gr8 to ride in.
The looks are executive and car looks good from every angle. And in india there are very less cars that looks good from every angle example current palio, current accord, mondeo etc...
And the white optra does not look that bad but its a bit overdone speacially the back end.

@B_S--hey dont get me wrong ,i meant change it from looking like a executive car to a sporty looking 10 sec car ,even i like the optra`s looks.!
but if the words i chose to describe it were wrong then oops my bad .! :)

precisely,imo its not the best optra i v seen.seen better.well boom shiva has a pretty nice optra;)
