its about 125$ on the US webpage.. gonna bring it down from the UK so im guessin its gonna cost a bit more there... but supposedly dyno tests showed a 9% gain on the 1.5 exi city at 6000rpm...i do rev the car rather hard anyway..

Almost 5000 bucks, your better off saving all that money for a nice cam, better get porting polishing done first and then about CAM, get the ports enlarged also go high on compression you can get a bit more out of the engine but make sure you use goog high octane fuel.

How much Fe you get on hard driving?

It would cost around 20000 and Leela will be able to do a fabolous job for you, porting and polishing will give you the best possible boost in power sans a Turbo/NOS

Is it a complicated process? Was also wondering if it would affect the economy in a big way?

Not a complicated process, will affect FE on hard driving.

hmmm.....

Will I have to change the crankshaft and camshaft too for this ? I heard that porting without changing the other components can be bad for the car.

Those might need changing only if you are building a high compression build. Porting/polishing needs nothing extra.
