@pdev29: What kkr2k2r2d2C3PO is saying is right - we need a low wide look for the Gypsy - methinks some new wide alloys & tyres will do wonders for the look.

As far as rendering the silver is concerned, I'm a bit tied up with work currently & anyways it would be difficult to show you a silver on screen.

I think the silver idea's great. Go with it. Blue may look good depending upon the hue & shade. Give me some time, am trying to come up with something...

Gypsy for me has a badboy image...
Go for a full black paintjob...
Then get black interiors with touches of red..like red threads or red piping,etc..

Then if possible get wider wheels.

There is one soft top Gypsy I see..Which is olive green in colour..Has black touches on vents..and black decals..Chrome strip on black rims..
Also it has got 5-6 big Round Fog lamps..Looks simple but very good...
Sorry no pics...But it can be spotted near Tava Hotel,Bandra

Maruti used to have a superb light silver on it's 2nd gen M800 many years ago. That's the colour I'm talking about. Graphite grey may be available, else we'll make it. Let me know when your car's ready for painting - after it gets out of tinwork & the 'lambi' job is complete. I'll come over to your garage & we'll work out the colour & the accents.

Some more colours!!!

I have done some simple photoshopping on the gypsy...
Though It isnt a good quality work you can get some ideas..

All colours were meant to be shiny and metalic...but couldnt get that effect...
Also I added some chrome rims..which i think will make the car unique.
I have also added ORVM from the Alto..I know its too easy to do it in photoshop then in Real..
1. Black:

Note: I think this is the best colour for such cars..It can never go wrong..You can get a sporty and bad boy look for the car..
Black interiors with touches of red..Remember red should not be used everywhere.. but only to catch some attention to details...

2. Blue:

Note: Dark Blue/Midnight blue..say almost black but gives a blue shine when light falls on it..
Black and silver interiors..will look good
Link:http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/9499/bluekw8.jpg
3. Green:

Note: I wanted the green used on army's vehicle but with a shiny finish..
Black/grey interiors..will be ok..
Link:http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/92/greennf4.jpg
4. Purple:

Note: Want to be diiferent?? Try a dark shade of purple...with brished aluminium/silver and black interiors...
Link:http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/4636/purplewp9.jpg
5. Red:

Note: The shade has to be selected correctly ortherwise It can get fetaured in the wierd cars thread..
Black interiors will look best,,
