Yes these are available in Delhi for about 15k per set.

whoaaa the tail lamps look awesome.!
but after seeing the price posted by ishan bhai just took a deep breath and cursed my bank balance :D otherwise would have loved them on my zx.!

Taking into consideration that the tail lamps ajay (a4_attutude) got costs 12.5 in MUMBAI 15K for NHC seems to be ok.. Nice tail lights thiough..
