Nice buy Hafi!

If you plan to get skirts done for your car, lemme know, will you? I'm considering getting skirts for my 1.2 :-) Maybe we can do a bulk purchase. Any other Kochi/Kerala Palio owners in?

Ditto! I like understated designs too. Something like the S10's skirts will do me fine.

Congrats on that Hafi. I think you had this car for some time, Ain't it?

Choose a nice heap job, get a big Air filter, Get a 4X1 headers and keep the muffler as muffled as possible so that we can sleep peacefully in the nights.

Check this: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/modifi...o-1-6-gtx.html
The car on the link was done by Psycho. THe car gave so much torque that one of the Team-BHPians had a sprained neck due to that.

For the head job, get in touch with Psycho. Get it ported and polished.
For the Filter, I'll suggest you try fitting in the K&N eXstreme filter. Or try fitting in a whole Typhoon intake kit with a dedicated cold air intake.
For the headers, you can try getting a custom Header moulded and made by Psycho. Remember! Psycho is not a car modifier by profession, but it's his true passion. So, if he has time and interest he will do the job for you. Try your luck by PMing him. Another easier option is to get an Automech full free flow kit. Will suffice as starters. Then later, you can go for a full blown dinner.

This is a nice list of mods.

BTW, what tyres are you running now? Seems like stock 185/70s. Get a set of nice 15" alloys with wide low profile tyres. But changing alloys in a Palio has it's own share of problems too (Ask Carfreak for a sample).

Spark plug upgrade can be kept for a final stage. After you go thru all other engine mods first.

And regarding ICE, take a look at this: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/car-en...or-panels.html
Nothing fancy, but pure Good sound and a decent beautiful install!!

Infractions: 0/1 (10)

so hy not go for the original side skirts.the s10 already has them and you can get them for the 1.2 as well.
or are you talking about front and rear skirts.

@speedzak:i didnt get the part where you mentioned some problem about alloys for the palio.care to explain.thanx.

What problems when changing alloy wheels on Palio? Our fellow BHPian CARFREAK will explain it properly. Anyway, it starts from the odd 98PCD. Then the wheel screws. Maybe it was a one off problem, but the dealers here recommend to keep the stock alloys.

Oye Manveet, that was a good one.
