Having driven more then 25,000 km with lpg with other performance options like filter, plug & free flow without any trouble.......infact car runs smoother in lpg then in petrol......also there is slight drop in performance but that can be compensated easily by making mixture slight rich without affecting FE much......

But cooking gas must not be refilled at any cost as it contains certain chemicals which are sticky & gives certain charecterisitc smell..........normal auto lpg is infact very clean fuel in terms of emission.....

You need to take care to drive car intially every morning in petrol for at least 2km......

There seems to be very misconception with lpg as a fuel.....all this comes from those who never used it....the world over governments are encouraging use of lpg for its emission quality as well as cost........whatever performance option we choose for engine passes benefits when driven in lpg...infact with well tuned car its difficult to find whether its running in petrol or lpg.....many thinks thats it must be used because its cheap but besides cost factor there is one major charecteristic & thats Better Emission which is yet to get momentum.......

I m getting extremely good FE of 19 in city driving.......there is tremendous scope of improvement without disturbing anything related to engine.......
