| Royal Enfield restoration query I was wondering if any fellow Team BHPian can shed some light on how much should it cost to buff and powder coat royal enfield parts? I am planning to Buff the engine components and powder coat the handlebar and the rims. I live at Juhu Versova link road, andheri west. I am already paying a bomb to paint and do some graphics on my royal enfield  The cost has gone to 19,000/- but i don't mind that since i have seen the paint finish and quality. The painters name is chotu, who does paint jobs for vardenchi and other custom modifiers. I want to curb the buffing and powder coating cost. Also i would like to know if its reasonable to pay 4,000 to assemble the bike from a local mechanic, after the painting is done. I think its too much. Please help me with your valuable feedback.
